Suggestions
1.) "Silvervine Fruit" isn't supposed to be sold one at a time. on official they were sold in quite cheap boxes. i'd suggest to add those:
4 Silvervine Fruit box [ID 16979] -> suggested price: 2 Cashpoints
10 Silvervine Fruit box [ID 16770] -> suggested price: 4 Cashpoints
40 Silvervine Fruit box [ID 16771] -> suggested price: 12 Cashpoints
2.) Additional subforums:

3.) Poring catcher reamp
my suggestion would be increase the open warp to 3 minutes (due lag and loading 1 minute is sometimes a bit short) and speed up the announce on the map a bit. that guy's talking for ages...
3.) Creamy card/Teleport lvl 1
there's a setting that removes the little menue from Teleport level 1 and makes it behave as using a flywing:

this would make things a bit more smooth and we have to think a bit more strategical: do we rather use a creamy card and save weight for loot? do we prefer flywings and save the cardslot for damage/effect enhancement?
4.) slightly higher Carddrop for Boss Protocol Monsters.
currently, the carddrop for Boss protocol mobs is set to 1x, meaning theres a 0.0!% or 1:10000 chance to get a card. for a midrate-server that's quite low.
this doesn't only affect MvPs, but also any boss-protocol mobs: all in thors volcano, half of the mobs in Thanatos tower, a lot of other as boss flaggerd mobs that have good cards but are night to impossible to getdue the low rate (we'd max a character before we get that card that we'd need to actually lvl xD).
my suggestion would be increase this droprate from 0.01% to 0.05% -> 5x. that's still quite low for MvPs with their long respawn, but high enough to get one from the as boss flagged mobs with instant respawn.
5.) showexp
at the moment exp are shown by default. can we switch it ofF? while hunting it's quite annoying if you wanna follow a conversation and the chat is spammed by exp-messages.
due @showexp is enabled for us, we always can switch it on again when we want to.
6.) Mainchat
since quite a while there's a channel system for the chat in the drfault rAthena server. to avoid confusion with the @commands for that (they're not enabled for us yet, thought) i'd suggest a NPC that let us join automatically by settings we can choose. that chat-system let us chat even when we're not in a party, not in a guild and not on the same map. a global chat, so to say.
makes us talk more with each other (without the need of PMing) and enhances communication. that owuld quite fit the servers philosophy
Requests
1.) can we have [ Mischievous Fairy, (Middle Head) Item ID# 5402 ] somewhere? doesn't matter if in cashshop or kafra headgear quest, i just want it xD
2.) While rAthena struggles to actually add the newer content (hell, it takes ages until they add something because the boss whines around 'mimimi, we need more official info...'), can we have some more custom features/quests/instances (like that weapon mastery system here. i like it.)? there's a ton of them in the script-collection topic on the rAthena board, also easy to use/implement. would add quite a bit more interesting gameplay (once maxed and well equipped, it starts to get boring a bit.)
suggestions would be: mining system, random hunting quests, a few more automated events
